LiverSwipe Educational App

LiverSwipe is an educational training app designed to help users practice liver graft visual assessment through game-like interactions, educational cases, scores, rankings, and progress tracking.

When a user uses LiverSwipe, we may collect and process limited account or profile information, contact information if provided for support, gameplay activity, training progress, scores, leaderboard or ranking information, app preferences, technical logs, device information needed for app operation, and notification tokens if notifications are enabled.

LiverSwipe is not intended to collect health information from users. Users do not upload patient records, clinical case data, medical images, or health-related information to run the educational game. Any educational images or case examples shown inside the app are part of the training experience and are not health data collected from the user.

The data collected through LiverSwipe is used to provide app functionality, maintain user access, store game progress, calculate scores and rankings, provide notifications when enabled, respond to support requests, secure the service, and improve app reliability.

Account Deletion

Users can request deletion of their LiverSwipe account and associated app data through the LiverSwipe account deletion page. This includes account/profile information, game progress, scores, rankings, preferences, and notification tokens associated with the account, subject to any limited retention required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.

LiverSwipe does not use user data, gameplay data, or any health-related data for advertising, marketing tracking, data brokerage, or unrelated commercial profiling. Cloud infrastructure and app platform providers may process limited data only as hosting, infrastructure, analytics, security, or app-store providers under applicable data protection obligations.
